Greetings,

Needing some serious help. I am having users connecting through a
Presentation Server 4.0 that is load managed with a second
Presentation server using a client version of 9.0. And I know that
these are quite old but before I upgrade, I need to get a handle on
this current item.

I am having multiple users receiving profile corruptions whether they
logon or logoff through a an application in the Program Neighborhood.

Windows errors are listed as 1508, 1511, 1510, 1515 when this occurs.
The customer I am helping is running the UPHclean.exe every hour and
appears to be running correctly. I need a way to make these errors
cease. The only real common thread is that it mainly happens to users
that are receiving a profile from a path written to in the Terminal
Server Profile tab of Windows 2003 ADU&C.

Where do I begin to look. I appreciate any useful insights any of you
may have. Thank you in advance.

first ... uphcleanup installs the uphcleanup service (look for existing) you
shoud not run the exe multiple times.

second .. the user profiles are correctly written and read from to the
directorys written in AD (most times)?
or occures the errors every time the user try to write/read his profile?
(rights to the profile-directorys)
there are some options to set within the AD GPO to optimize the profile
handling - have you made some settings?
Are the sessions complete closed wen user closes the application? or you
have many "disconnected" sessions?
