Very slow Outlook 2003 on citrix

Post subject: Very slow Outlook 2003 on citrix
Hi , anybody know what is the best configuration to run outlook 2003 on citrix

When i run outlook on citrix , i got very big lag. just for read 1 email i need 1 minute before to open it.

my server is , xeon quand core with 4gig.

When i isolate ms office i choose custon installation n select everything. meaby that was the probleme.

Any Idea ? thanks
