Just installed TS amd all I get is Page Not Found HTTP 404

Post subject: Just installed TS amd all I get is Page Not Found HTTP 404
I installed first in an offsite test environment using Andrew Z Tabona's 2 part articles, worked great.

Came into my live environment and did exactly the same thing. Now the
http://server_name/tsweb gives me a Page Cannot be Found Error HTTP 404.

Even the Server 2003 PC its installed on gives that error. Drop the /tsweb and the server responds with that default web page under construction from the inet(whatever) directory. So IIS is working.
