I am receiving the following message on 1 Windows XP Pro computer when trying to connect to a Windows Server 2003 Terminal Server in Aplication Server mode, Licensing server is installed and running and the 2003 TS cals are installed.
"The remote session was disconnected because the local computer's client access license could not be upgraded or renewed"
If I remove the registry key LICENSE000 from "HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\Microsoft\MSLicensing\Store\" I receive the following error:
"The remote session was disconnected because there are no Terminal Server client access licenses available for this computer."
If I change or remove data from with the LICENSE000 key I get the following error:
"The remote computer disconnected the session because of an error in the licensing protocol."
The Windows Server 2003 logs the following information:

There is only one computer that is having this particular problem and I'm at a loss on how to fix it, I know I'm not running out of licenses. I've even tried KB article #279561 to no avail, any assistance or recommendations would greatly be appreciated.
