Post subject: Two terminal/citrix servers...Outlook not keeping changes

Well, I have searched this forum and cant seem to get a straight answer to this problem.

We have two Citrix win2k3 terminal servers that are pretty much identical as far as the published applications. Outlook is one of the apps. The problem is that when users log in and create signatures, make changes, or add extra email boxes to their profile, the settings will not carry over to the other server if they get logged in on the second server. In addition, once they log out of the server that they made their Outlook changes to, it appears that it blows everything away. Then they log back in and have to set up all their mailbox stuff, signatures, etc again. I have TS roaming profiles configured to a file server and I do not have the group policy set to delete the local profile on logoff. We are using Presentation server 4.5 and have all of the hotfixes and patches applied. There has to be a way to have the server, firstly, retain the changes that the users make in Outlook, and secondly, synchronize those settings with the second server so that the user will hang onto their changes if they get logged into Outlook on the second server. Please help.
