My new job requires Citrix certificate
however there are several diffenret types of Citrix certificates,
which one is most common certificate, I need Citrix certificate to
apply the job

and whats the exam like? is it multiple choice questions? any
practicle/simulation questions?

Eeeh, what kind of knowledge / experience do you have with Citrix?
Which product have you been working with?
Isn't that the major consideration? It will be difficult to pass any
exam without real-life experience with the specific product.
