Post subject: how to block nework resources for RDP users from server

I am trying to create a server environment where my software developer can log on to it through RDP on my development server and work on the source code, but I don’t want them to access my network from that server as I want to secure my source code.

My aim is to block all ways by which a developer can copy the Source code on the network or any other place.

The developers have access to other development server, so I want something which is only specific to my new development server.

I was able to block access of the server from the network using the local policy of the server and through terminal manager I managed to block mapping of local drives and other resources like printer and clipboard

I need your help to block MSTC, network access from the development server to other server and computers.

I have installed windows 2003 on my Deployment server and its part of my windows 2003 domain.

thankz in advance for your Suggestions
