Post subject: Windows 2008 TS Gateway does not work with smart card

I am trying to configure smart card authentication on terminal session through TS Gateway. Pure terminal session works well with smart card authentication. I see the following error message immediately after I started connection to TS gateway:
"It is not possible to connect to remote computer because there are not enough resources on TS Gateway or it is not accessible."
I translated from Russian. Text of the arror may be not exact.
There are no any errors in system, application and security logs on the TS Gateway server. Terminal services and TS Gateway are both installed on the same Windows server.

Please suggest any ideas to solve.
