TS license server console timeout

Post subject: TS license server console timeout

Hello,

We are experiencing long timeout when opening TS license server console. It hangs in the state "Connecting to <\\name of the TS license server > for about 20-30 minutes then it opens it. When we browse in the console the time out to view the issued licenses is the same - 20-30 min. When we add new CALs - every step requires the same amount of wait time to go to the next one.
The server is a member server in enterprise mode. The only thing to consider is that it is part of a large forest domain organization with multiple DC and domains - over 100. But could this be the reason or is something else?
Any help would be greatly appreciated!
