Post subject: Star TSP700 using terminal services
Archived from groups: microsoft>public>windows>terminal_services (more info?)

We have three cash registers running IBS through terminal services.
Each station has its own Star TSP700 thermal receipt printer attached
locally to it. Each station connects to the server via terminal
services. TS connects to the local printer which uses only the Generic
Text driver. Each receipt prints fine, but we are having an issue:

Each receipt that prints out is printing at the same length. The
receipt for customers to sign the merchant's copy of the credit card
receipt (just three inches long) is printing at about 5 or 6 inches.
Any regular receipt with items on it also prints at that length. So,
no matter what, same length.

Anyone have any ideas?
