Archived from groups: microsoft>public>win2000>termserv>clients (more info?)

Hey everyone. Here's my conundrum: I have a client who has 20+ terminal
sessions going at any given time. One specific user keeps getting
disconnected from the server at intervals between 5 minutes and 3 hours. The
problem stopped for a couple of days when one of my colleagues deleted her TS
profile and rebuilt it, but the problem is back now. I need help with this.
Any ideas?
