Is there a way in W2K3 TS to not have the session timeout after 10 minutes of inactivity and force the user to enter there login info and password. The user does not get dumped from the TS session they just get thrown back to a login screen. Thanks.

Sounds like you have configured a screen saver for your users. Disable it when they logon to the TS. This is easiest done in a GPO, linked to the OU which contains the TS machine account:

User Configuration - Administrative templates - Control Panel - Display
"Screen saver"

And since this is a user setting, you will also have to use loopback processing of the GPO:

Computer Configuration - Administrative Templates - System - Group Policy
"User Group Policy loopback processing mode" - "Replace"
