Archived from groups: alt>os>citrix (more info?)

I have a customer who is using a shared MS Access'97 .mde front-end in
a Citrix environment and attaching to any one of 5 back-end databases
on a separate server. The presentation to each user is over-ridden by
the last user.

Each user logs in separately and selects their database. When using
the same form, the information from another database will be
presented. Any help?

Hello,
This behavior is normal.
Each user of the front-end change attachments to the back-end.
A front-end by user would be more consistent instead of one for every user

Bonjour,
Ce comportement est normal.
Chaque utilisateur du front-end modifie les attachements vers le back-end.
Un front-end par utilisateur serait plus cohérent au lieu d'un seul pour
tous les utilisateurs.

Thank you for your posting. Customer setup separate folders for each
user and works fine.
