Logging on timing out?

Post subject: Logging on timing out?
Term Srv 2003 R2 has been relocated to Estonia from the UK. Most users can connect across Europe except a few who appear to be getting logged on and then after 30 seconds or so I receive the Standard "Session has been disconnected message"

If those users relocate to another site, in the city, there is no problem. Does TErm SRV have a timeout for logging in? Can this be adjusted. Therese remote users are "in the middle of np-where" so I think it might be the speed available on their broadband connection.

They are connecting through a SonicWall TZ170. Any help woudl be really appreciated.

I'd start with checking the MTU size of their connection.
