Post subject: Issue installing and removing applications using Windows Ins

We are having an issue installing and removing applications using Windows Installer. We have upgraded to WindowsInstaller 4.5 but we are having the same issue, during the install or uninstall process the application looks liek it will uninstall but it just hangs and utilizes about 85 - 90% of the CPU. We have to kill the MSIEXEC process. Has anyone else had this issue?

No, Enable verbose logging and check if the logfile gives more details of the problem:
