Error connecting to rmsummarydatabase

Post subject: Error connecting to rmsummarydatabase
I am currently building a new Citrix PS4.5 farm. I have seperated the database for rmsummary and datastore. When I go into the CMC to start the summary database, I receive a "database inaccessible" red X when testing. I created the rmsummarydatabase ODBC connection. I made the account have db_owner access on the database server. Not sure what the issue is. I know in 4.0 and 3.0 I just defaulted through the ODBC connection and then just set it in the CMC and away I went.

Are there know issues with setting this up?
