Can anyone tell me the best way to troubleshoot the below message?

We get loads of these in the event log and eventually the application
hangs and the server has to be rebooted.

Unable to start a DCOM Server: {86DCD373-9E45-4CCA-90B8-F5B557FEBDCE}.
The error:
"The system cannot find the file specified. "
Happened while starting this command:
C:\Program Files\programname\application.exe -Embedding

Citrix Version is MetaFrame XPe FR3 SP4 The farm is running in Mixed
mode with 4.5

Citrix hotfixes applied
mfxpservicepack4
xe104r02w2k001
xe104r02w2k038
xe104w2kR02
