Post subject: IE not working?

I have a question that I am hoping someone else has had to deal with in the past. I am using an 03 Server as TS box with 5-7 users... Things were working fine, but out of the blue this week I have one user that is unable to use the internet. All users are obviously on the same machine, his permissions are the same as another user who is having no issues? I am stumped. Does anyone have any ideas? IE starts, home page is set to Yahoo... lower right it says downloaing from www.yahoo.com... I cant ping yahoo or any WAN address from his account. Thanks for any help you have to offer!

Update!!! I don't know what the problem was, but the last time I went into the user properties, I hit "ok" instead of "cancel"... problem solved... I'd almost rather know what the problem was than not, but either way, problem solved!!!
