Post subject: Using win32api on server while disconnect from RDP

Hi,

I'm a french informatics student, and I have a problem running a software on a remote desktop:

I use a remote computer (via RDP) with applications running on it, this kind of applications who can't be accessed from another software.
So to automaticly control them, I made a little script (python) using win32 api and mouse_event() function to simulate moves and clicks on this applications. That works fine on my desktop, fine on remote desktop where I can see the cursor move and click all around, but when I disconnect from RDP, leaving the script running, mouse events don't work anymore.

I suppose the mouse and keyboard devices are "turned off" when I disconnect, so I would know if:
- there is a special configuration of RDP/Terminal Services who let the input devices run after disconnect.
- there is an other protocol I may use to avoid this problem.

Gracefully yours,
Nicolas Pantel
