web client network on terminal server 2003

Post subject: web client network on terminal server 2003

Hello all hope everyone is doing fine i have terminal server 2003 i want my users to use thr web client network to use the folder on the web server .if i log in as an admin i see it but when a user logs in they dont .Is there a way i can add web client network without giving them admin access thanks
