Gurus,

Running a single-server Citrix PS 4.0 farm, single server, on Windows Server
2003 SP2. Right now I have the following problem. I cannot uninstall
Citrix PS 4.0 because the IMA Service cannot be started. I never want to
use the farm again but I do not want to re-install the underlying server.
Is there a way I can SAFELY manually remove, from the registry and file
system, all traces of Citrix PS 4.0?

You could perform a chfarm to a local access database in order to
create a fake local farm just in order to have that imaservice running
at the end. Then uninstall all the stuff properly. Command is simply
chfarm in a dos box. The choose access database as farm. The rest is
intuitive. Good luck.
