Citrix is just an add-on product. You install Citrix after you have installed Terminal Services (it cannot run without TS).
Citrix enhances some of the features of native TS and adds a lot of extra features.

I want to get hands on Citrix Presentation Server 4/4.5, what are system requirements and (Hardware & software specifications)? write other details as well?

The best source of information for your questions is the Citrix website.

Here's the PS 4.5 main page.

You can log on to MyCitrix, create a free account and download a free 2-user developer license for Citrix Presentation Server.

Then download all the Administrator's Guides
