I was curious if anyone else had seen this issue. A couple of my PSE
4.0 servers are at a crawl because the spoolsv.exe is at a constant
25% of CPU usage. If I kill the spoolsv.exe service it remains at
25%, but as soon as I kill the Citrix Print Manager Service, it
behaves normally. If I start the spoolsv.exe it continues to run just
fine until I start the Print Manager Service. Once I start it, it
instantly goes back to tagging the proc at 25%. Anybody have any idea
of properly troubleshooting this issue. Any information would be
greatly appreciated.

Thank you in advance

My first suspect would be the printer drivers. Citrix (and TS) is very
sensitive to printer drivers.

See here how to "properly troubleshooting" such an issue:

Did you ever find a solution for this? We are having the same problem
as of today. Thanks!
