when printing users see more than just thier printers

Post subject: when printing users see more than just thier printers

I have 4 terminal servers with users from serval locations logging in. When they go to printers and faxes they see everyone's printers from everywhere. How do i stop this

My users can see all redirected printers. How can I make them see only...eir own

My users are only part of the following groups.
domain users
remote desktop users

Does this happen from within any application? When they print a file from notepad, do they see all printers?
And you are talking about redirected printers (session printers), correct?
And all users have a unique, personal user account? They are not sharing the same profile?

No matter what application they are in. even from word or notepad.
yes session printers. Every user( i have 190) has thier unique profile.

Then I would call Microsoft support, for this is not supposed to be possible.
