Right click twice in Citrix Presentation Server 4.0

Post subject: Right click twice in Citrix Presentation Server 4.0
I have a strange problem in PS 4.0, almost every time you right click anything, you have to right click twice before it pops up. This happens on doc, shortcuts etc.

When I use RDP directly on the server, there is no problem, right click works.

setup: W2K3 with PS 4.0

Has anyone seen this before?
