Post subject: Hi

This server is running win2k3 with SP1.

Most of the times it is happening when the user is idle. and In the same server other session are able to work without any issues. when we check the screen saver there wer no policies enabled on servers side using gorup policy or Local policy.

If the user is getting a black screen whicle the session is active what could be the issue. But it is happening only for one user out of 10 users.
