Post subject: W2K8: Adding Terminal Services role in a script

Does anyone know how to add Terminal Services Role on a Windows 2008 Standard server via a script?

Is this possible via:

Code:
start /w ocsetup [RoleName]

Which [RoleName] should be used?

Thanks in advance!
