Post subject: VM-Ware VDI or Citrix Presentation manager

We will be launching a new application that will have around 160 concurrent users after the first of the year. We have been running ESX for around a year and are looking for comparision of both performance and cost of using VDI or Presentation Manager. About half the users will be connected over various T1 lines from remote offices.
Any suggestions?
