Post subject: TSWeb fails to download ActiveX control

When new workstations(who do not have the activex installed) connect our www.company/tsweb the activex control does not download and install. This had been working for sometime now. Is there an update that was installed on the Web Server that might have cause a problem, or an update on the workstations that will not allow the activex to be downloaded or installed. Is there a fix for this type of problem.
