Post subject: TS farm, TS gateway and remote non domain clients

Hello all..

I'm new to this forum, but not new to terminal services or remote desktop services as MS calls it now Smile

But I have encountered a strange problem with a demo setup, that I can’t find any solution for, so now I hope someone here have the magic info that's missing.

My test setup.
1 RD Gateway server, Remote App Web access server
1 RD session broker, Licensing
2 RD servers in Farm
1 Windows 7 External client ( Non Domain )
1 Windows 7 Internal client

I have an UCC certificate installed on the Gateway and the Farm Members, with ALL possible names in the certificate. UCC names : web.domain.com, rdgw.domain.lan, rdfarm.domain.lan, rdsrv1.domain.lan, rdsrv2.domain.lan, rdgw, rdfarm, rdsrv1, rdsrv2

The connection to the website from all clients works fine..

But when I try to connect an remote app, from an external client or from an internal DOMAIN client I get an certificate revocation check error.
If I put an internal domain certificate on the RD servers with only the rdfarm.domain.lan in Subject name it works just fine from DOMAIN clients, but external clients gets either the revocation theck error, or the certificate root is untrusted.

Anyone have any idea to what I have to do to get it working with my UCC certificate ?
