Post subject: TS Member Server 2003 on a 2000 Domain

I have a customer with a weird issue, they have a 2000 Domain controller with a 2003 TS box as a member server. All working fine until the last couple of Weeks, a couple of times a day, any user logging in cannot access any network resource, if i clear down Disconnected Sessions it sometimes fixes the issue immediately. If i reboot the TS box it fixes the Issue. It is as though the TS box will not allow any more connections or the domain controller is not allowing any more connections, I have done the normal antivirus checks, also nothing in error logs.
