Post subject: Terminal Service Screen Paint
I currently have a branch location that is connecting to an RDP session on a terminal services. There is no latency on the WAN Link and I have been monitoring the ports and they are not even coming close to maxing out the available the bandwidth on the pipe.

Users in the Main Office do not experience the same screen painting effect.
