Post subject: Security Vulnerabilities

I have some employees that work in the field. They connect remotely to our Terminal Server. The Encryption level in the RDP-Tcp properties is set to High. My question is this. Is this enough?

Should I require clients to connect via VPN and then to the Terminal Server?
