Remote control from Help Desk for Thin Clients

Post subject: Remote control from Help Desk for Thin Clients
We currently use LanDesk for End User support. When we acquired it last summer, all of our clients were normal ( "thick"? ) clients. In the last few months, we've started using thin clients. We have thin client users connect to our terminal server, then they log in.

Our problem is that we cannot connect to these individual sessions with LanDesk. ( The thin clients ( HP ) are running Embedded XP. )

The boss talked about a "gateway" and/or "broker". We've looked in LanDesk, but can't find anything. We've tried looking, via Google, and could only find reference to Windows Server 2k8. ( We're running 2k3. )

Can we, and if so how can we, connect to a session so that we can not only see, but control the session, as if we were using LandDesk on a normal client?

Post subject: We got it!
I eventually found the information I needed to do this. Part of my problem is that the terms I have a tendancy to search on, aren't necessarily the ones that were used to create the documentation. Hence, I can't find what I'm looking for, because I'm looking for the wrong thing. Anyway...

If I log onto the TS server as an admin, using remote desktop, I can then see the other sessions and take control. ( I did have to change the properties a under remote control in configuration manager. )

So...I got it working.
