Is RDP through port 80 possible with Windows Vista?

No. Port 80 is only used for connection to the Remote Desktop Web Connection, however all Terminal Server traffic happens over port 3389.

You can change the port that rdp uses, but you can not run RDP over port 80. With Windows 2008 TS, you can connect to TS Gateway by using rdp over https, using port 443.
