Post subject: Printing custom form size from terminal services (TS)

I am having some issues allowing users to print custom form sizes in our terminal services environment. First here is some background.

One my my clients just received a new UPS label printer and we have it attached to the network via a generic USB print server. The printer is installed on their two terminal servers (Windows Server 2008 x64).

I have set up the custom form size that will works with the UPS labels but it only works from the account it was set up with (administrator). Every other user will not print using the custom form size. I have been searching up and down for a solution to get the set up for users without having to login as each user and manually configure it (roughly 60 users).

any ideas?

Thanks!
Kirk
