Hello All,

We use CTX presentation server 4.5, question regarding the printer
management, we have all the required printer drivers synced, we have a
separate printer server called PRTSRV, I want all users when they
login to Citrix, their printers are from the printer server, not
locally installed on CTX, also I don't want them to view all printers
on the printer server, only departmental printers, how to achieve
that?

Ben, sounds like you need to test out the Citrix Print Policy.
Specifically enabling "Session Printers". You'll probably
want multiple policies applied to multiple groups.
