Post subject: Cannot Print any thing from terminal server

Hello there i really need help i am running windows server 2000 sp4 as a terminal server .I cannot print any thing through the terminal server it gives me the following error message.

"There was an error found when printing the document."Document" to TS001.Do you want to retry or cancel the job.

-Make sure you have printer redirection enabled on your RDP client.
-Make sure you installed the printer driver on the terminal server for your local printer. Try not to install the driver that came with the printer. Instead select the preloaded driver. If you can't find a match, select the one that closely matches your printer model. I always had success with this method. The driver that came with the printer may not be approved by microsoft and may crash your server.
-Once you login to terminal service, see if your local printer is created in the "printer and faxes". If not, look at the event viewer and it will tell you why it didn't create a printer for you.
