OUtlook access to Exchange server problem

Post subject: OUtlook access to Exchange server problem
I have W2003 TS and am trying to configure Outllok 2003 in profile to connect to an Exchange server. it connects at first but then is unable to find the server. The Exchange server is across VPN Tunnel. I can set up otlook on regular pC and it accesses the Exch with no problem. I can also ping the Exch Server as well.

Thanks for any help.
