Our environment consist of 2 citrix farms. Both farms consist of 1
server that is running Metaframe XP FR2 on Windows 2003. We will call
the farms APPS1 and APPS2. The APPS1 farm houses applications like
Office, Visio, etc... APPS2 houses our ERP application (JDE OneWorld).
We use NFuse to access these applications from the internet. The NFuse
website is configured to access both farms. Via the nfuse website, we
can access all applications housed on farm APPS1. From Nfuse we cannot
access the application housed on farm APPS2. When we try to access the
application housed on APPS2 it never loads. The website displays
"waiting for
http://....". In order to kill this I have to restart the
Citrix XML service on the APPS2 farm server. I have absolutely no
problems accessing applications published by the APPS1 farm.
We are able to access the application via the ICA protocol on our
internal network and via the internet, it is only when accessing this
application via nfuse either internally or from the internet that this
problem occurs. As a test I published the windows calculator app on
the APPS2 farm and tried to access it via the Nfuse website and
experience the same problem. I have installed hot fixes and ran packet
sniffer on the servers but cannot find the cause of this. Any help
will be great appreciated.
Thanks,
PT
