Post subject: Migrating Citrix and still keeping the old thin client acces

Newbie here. Faced with a challenge of resolving an issue. I am not a Citrix geru but could use the help. I have an old citrix thin client environement and I now have new citrix thin client in a different location and different AD domain. I am migrating apps over to the new env but some of the apps have to stay back in the old env. Users will still need to access the old env. And here's the twenty six thousand dollar question how can a user migrate their desktop settings, IE favorites, files to the new profile? That should be an easy enough question to answer I'm sure this has been answered before with other migrations. Here's a tricker question perhaps, how do offer both 'desktops' allowing the user to log in to both the old and the new environments? I understand it may be as a logging into the old domain and then logging into the new domain. But can this be done on a thin client? Two way domain trust exists. Can I make the assumption this is acheievable and ask can the user use a single Windows XP user-desktop profile.
