In terminal server 2003 Enterprise ed. I am trying to prevent users
that do not belong to admin group, to share their local drive when
using remote desktop.

After doing research it seems there is group policy you can apply and
non admin users on server won't be able to share their local driver.
I didn't find any information on how to apply or prevent it any other
way.

thanks,

Hiren
