Post subject: Licensing for Terminal Services 2008

I'm wondering if it is possible to have a 2003 Terminal Server act as the Licensing Server for a 2008 Terminal Server

No, you need a 2008 TS Licensing Server. But it's not a very resource-intensive task (if you don't have thousands of users), so you can run it on the same server as the TS itself.
