Post subject: Folder sharing between load balanced terminal servers

I have two TS that are load balanced so users can log onto either server automatically based upon usage. How do I set up the users so they can save files in a folder that they can access from both sessions on either server?

I have attempted a few Group Policy settings and in TS Configuation Manager. Any assistance would be much appreciated. Thanks!

Use a GPO to configure folder redirection, minimally for their My Documents folder:

User Configuration - Windows Settings - Folder Redirection
My Documents

And since this is a User Configuration setting, you'll also need to configure loopback processing of the GPO:

Computer Configuration - Administrative Templates - System - Group Policy
"User Group Policy loopback processing mode" - "Replace"

and then link the GPO to the OU which contains the TS machine account.
