Post subject: Folder Redirection and Load Balancing

Hello,

We have 2 windows 2003 TS and we want to use Load Balancing. We use Folder Redirection through a GPO and the Desktop is being redirected to a shared map on the first TS. What will happen with the users desktop if the first server now fails? With Load Balancing the users will be connected to the second server but how can we configure the Folder Redirection in combination with the Load Balancing? Should we place the shared desktop on third (Fileserver) server? What is the most common solution for this?

Thank you very much!
