Post subject: Clustering

at my office i have several servers! I have 5 servers right now doing terminal services.... we have about 300 users! i have all my different locations TS'ing into different boxes!

Is there a way i can have all my users TS to 1 server and that server places them on once of them terminal server!

I am assuming that i am asking about clustering 4 of the terminal servers and having 1 server act as a controller

You can do this with simple Load Balancing, or with Session Directory.
