I have one remote computer that has an issue printing from a Citrix
session. The user logs on though the Web console, the printer (Epson
Stylus DX4000) gets created on the server and is visible in the
session. Once a print job is submitted it get spooled on the server
and passed to the client PC printer queue. There is will just sit in
the queue until deleted.
The printer works fine locally, Epson cannot verify that this printer
will work with TS/Citrix. Its running the latest printer driver. I've
removed the antivirus, disabled Windows firewall but still the same
result.

Any help would be appreciated.

Sounds like a typical 3rd party printer driver which is not TS
compatible.
Have you tried using the Citrix universal printer driver?

Check your event logs to see if there are error messages as to why the
mapping failed. You may need to re-create the ctx_smauser account.
