Hi All,

Since our application directly prints to the printers using the windows printer name. we modified the auto created printers names in the presentation server. and hence after that all those printers (name modified) will automatically created for that clients whenever they login (with a comment "auto restored printer ..."). that was working fine.

nowadays the printers modified for one client mapped for other users. leaving the right users not able to print or make them to print on others printers.

now i'm not able to permanently remove those printers also.
