Hi Guys,
I have a Terminal server farm of 18 servers which get used by 80% of company. Every now and then random server hangs and all the users session on the that server hangs as well. Though I can ping the server but when I try to RDP to that server, it hangs at Welcome screen.
Then I have to physically restart the server and things come back to normal.
I did check the event logs at the time when the server hung. There are errors with Event ID: 7011
