Post subject: Microsoft Terminal Services 2003 server issue

I am facing a strange issue for the past week or so on few of our servers and needed some fresh thinking/help/advice on this. Here is what we are trying to do:

1. We have a small java web application running under a web server (tomcat/jetty)
2. This application receives a request invokes a runtime process
3. this runtime process is nothing but a VB script which is invoked using cscript
4. the VB Script creates an object of the Quick Test Application (QTP) using createObject and runs a series of automation test cases

The issue we are facing is as follows:
1. On a windows server having terminal services when we start the webserver as a service (i.e. Session 0) the createObject in step 4 fails (VBScript runtime error 429)
2. If the same server is started on command prompt (Session not 0) this works

Really would appreciate any help I can get
